Why should I pay online?Casair's online account access and payment center gives you the flexibility to pay the way you want, when you want. You can pay with either credit card or debit card. No stamps, envelopes, or phone calls needed. Online account maintenance is convenient and more important; secure. With online account access you can also check your balance anytime, submit a support case or view other relevant account information. How do I obtain my login information?If you were installed after March 2008, your username and password are on your customer information sheet that you received at the time of installation. If you have forgotten your username and/or password please call billing at 989-831-8800, option 4 and we can help you with your login information. How do I get into my Casair Online Account?Proceed to the Casair online portal at http://portal.casair.net (this can also be accessed with one mouse click from http://my.casair.net). At the login page, enter your username (email address) and password in the appropriate fields. How do I check my balance?You first have to login to your account using your username and password. Your account balance is listed in the box at the far right, on the main page. If you have a credit on your account, this will be signified with a negative amount or will have parenthesis around the amount. How do I actually pay online?Once you login, click "Make a Payment" under the "Billing" section at center screen. In the center under "Enter Payment Amount or Select Invoices to Pay" you will see your "Invoices" (to be paid), "Credits" (to be applied), and "Deposits" (past payments) Check the box next to the Invoice you want to pay, and proceed to the "Credit Card Information" section.
How do I setup a credit or debit card for paying my bill?
How can I setup my credit card for auto payment?Please call billing at 989-831-8800, option 4 and ask to be setup on auto pay with your credit or debit card. How do I setup my checking account to pay my bill?Unfortunately, we no longer offer this service. However, if you have a debit card from your bank, you can use that to pay your invoices from your bank account. See credit card setup above for more information. How do I change my account name/password?Once you have logged in to your account click on "Change Email/Password" which is available at the bottom of the second section, under "Settings". You will need to provide your current password along with your new password, and a new password hint to help you should you forget it. Please note that your username is pulled from the email account we currently forward your invoices to. If you choose to change it, your invoices will be sent to the new email you provided |
